In her own words,

When I first started my journey with Cass I was 8 weeks post op from surgery which diagnosed me with a chronic illness. Cass was amazing with not pushing me to do too much but still motivating me to reach my goals.

I also find I get really dizzy and light-headed when performing certain exercises. Cass really does her research and has helped me avoid getting dizzy by knowing which exercises can trigger it.

She has helped me fall in love with exercise again, creating a safe and fun environment to train.

In the last 12 months of training with Cass I have lost a total of 18kgs and continue to smash my goals. I have changed my lifestyle and diet which Cass helped me understand calories and making sure I am in a deficit. I feel extremely grateful to have such a positive, down to earth, genuine trainer in Cass and I can't wait to see the goals we smash in the future.

In her own words,

I started personal training sessions with Cassie in late 2019. At this time I had a right shoulder injury with limited range of movement. Cassie worked with me (with advice from my physio) to strengthen my shoulder and gain the full range of movement and strength I have today. I have had other minor injuries which Cassie always takes into consideration when writing my programs and sessions she always ensures I work on these areas of concern as often as possible. I have been having 3 weekly 1 hour sessions with Cassie since 2019 and my strength and fitness is the best it’s ever been.

Cassie is professional in her entire approach to health, nutrition and fitness and helping her clients achieve their best results. Some of the exercises and workouts SUCK at times but she has a way of making you want to do them to show her you’re capable.  Training is always entertaining even if it is hard and it’s a very friendly environment.

I started training with Cassie after having my second baby in 2018. Having never trained before I lacked confidence and motivation. With Cassie’s help I set personal goals to work towards. I have found Cassie to be extremely thorough with explaining exercises along with nutrition understanding and progressive overloading to reach my goals. Over the years of working with Cass, I have gained the knowledge and confidence to now train at a commercial gym. Training at mumbodz has been life changing for me, physically, mentally and socially. Cass and all the other women training there make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
